Vážení zákazníci,
radi by sme Vás informovali, že k 30. októbru 2026 ukončujeme naše pôsobenie na rakúskom trhu. V súvislosti s týmto rozhodnutím dôjde k trvalému odstaveniu všetkých našich automatov na území Rakúska.
Od uvedeného dátumu už nebude možné prostredníctvom týchto automatov realizovať nákup ani predaj kryptoaktív.

We would like to inform you that we will cease our operations in the Austrian market effective October 30, 2026. Consequently, all of our ATMs located in Austria will be permanently shut down.
From this date forward, it will no longer be possible to buy or sell crypto-assets using these ATMs.
Should you have any questions or wish to file a complaint regarding past transactions, please contact us at support@bitcoinmat.org.
Our services and ATM operations in other countries remain unaffected. You can find an up-to-date list of available ATMs on our website.

Identified - Vážení zákazníci,
v rámci neustáleho zvyšovania bezpečnosti vášho účtu, ochrany vašich osobných údajov a finančných prostriedkov vás žiadame, aby ste si najneskôr do 30 dní aktivovali dvojfaktorovú autentifikáciu (2FA) pre prihlasovanie do platformy Bitcoinmat.sk alebo Bitcoinmat.org
Na výber máte z nasledujúcich možností overenia:
• E-mail – jednorazový kód zaslaný na vašu e-mailovú adresu
• SMS – jednorazový kód zaslaný na vaše telefónne číslo
• Google Authenticator – overovací kód generovaný v aplikácii
Aktiváciu si môžete nastaviť priamo vo vašom profile v sekcii Profil → Zmena hesla a 2FA.
Upozorňujeme, že pokiaľ si v uvedenej lehote 30 dní nezvolíte a neaktivujete žiadnu z týchto možností, dvojfaktorová autentifikácia bude automaticky aktivovaná prostredníctvom e-mailovej adresy, ktorú používate na prihlásenie do platformy.
Toto opatrenie zavádzame s cieľom zabezpečiť maximálnu ochranu vašich údajov a v súlade s požiadavkami na bezpečnosť, ktoré sa na nás ako spoločnosť podliehajúcu dohľadu Národnej banky Slovenska vzťahujú.

V súvislosti s novými legislatívnymi povinnosťami Európskej únie a Slovenskej republiky v oblasti kryptoaktív môže byť časť klientov vyzvaná na aktualizáciu údajov vo svojom používateľskom profile. Tieto požiadavky vyplývajú najmä z pravidiel DAC8 a príslušných právnych predpisov Slovenskej republiky. Môžu zahŕňať doplnenie daňovej rezidencie, daňového identifikačného čísla a ďalších súvisiacich identifikačných údajov.
Klienti, ktorých sa táto povinnosť týka, dostanú samostatnú SMS a e-mailovú výzvu. Ak požadované údaje nebudú poskytnuté ani po opakovaných výzvach, môže byť v súlade so zákonnými povinnosťami potrebné obmedziť vykonávanie transakcií, najneskôr do dní od prvej výzvy.
Ak vám takáto výzva nebola doručená, toto oznámenie sa vás v súčasnosti netýka.

They may include providing information on tax residency, a tax identification number, and other related identification details.
Clients who are subject to this requirement will receive a separate SMS and email notification. If the required information is not provided despite repeated requests, it may, in accordance with applicable legal obligations, be necessary to restrict the execution of transactions, no later than within [X] days of the first notification.
